Hi Chris,
Nice to see comments from you again! How did the move go?

Yes, that was an insane day. There hasn't been a day like that since, there have been moments, but not whole days!

Luckily there are also moments that inspire me to keep going (as described here --> <a href="http://leadingfromtheheart.org/2008/11/04/honouring-their-commitment-to-change/" rel="nofollow"> honouring their commitment to change</a>).

This is late (it's taken me a while to get settled in after the move across the country, and in my new program), but wow. It sounds like it was an intense day. I thought that I had I had hard days when students would fall apart because of poor grades that limited their future academic possibilities, but I don't think that those are anything like the day that you had! Well done on holding things together as well as you did!

I moved! It's prettier over there. Still unpacking though ;)
You had an insane day. Treat yourself to room service for sure!
I spent all that money on student rewards yesterday, I also treated myself to a new shirt I think I'll live in.
I had an insane day too, that resulted in my writing up another incident with the principal, and trying to decide whether to file an informal complaint or file an official grievance. I think the former, for now, and the latter if it happens again.
Wow wow and wow.
